i had a 2012 CC 10,000 mile check up. I also followed up with service appt. for two recall items, a new rear shock and front seat repair. Both service experiences were excellent. For the first, I stayed at the dealership and the work was done within the time period promised. For the second, I was given a new Jetta loaner and the work was also completed when promised. Tynan's is an exceptional VW dealer. We have leased 5 VWs from them, to date, and will continue to trade exclusively with them and always refer anyone interested in a new or used car. Thanks for always doing a great job.

While traveling in the western U.S. we...

While traveling in the western U.S. we needed to have the 20,000 mile service done for our 2012 Passat. I selected Tynan's because it had the highest rating in the Denver area. We are from Chattanooga TN ( birth place of mein kinder kar ) so the likelihood of my having the opportunity to recommend your dealership are very unlikely . your service was very efficient and accommodating

Tom Tran is always very easy to work with...

Tom Tran is always very easy to work with and listens to me when I ask about service options for my 09 VW Jetta. Yesterday was no exception. Tynans is a little farther away than I'd like to go for vehicle service, but they always make it worthwhile.

I went to Tynan's because I had heard good things and was interested in doing business with an established dealer. John, the salesperson who met with us, was very new (only his 3rd week) and yet very knowledgeable. He teamed up with Fernando a senior sales person to help us. We selected a vehicle and went for a test ride and then started to work a deal. The process was very pleasant and with a little back and forth with the Sales Manager Steve we were able to reach a win-win deal. Fernando and John made our short time there very enjoyable and gave us the red-carpet treatment during the delivery process. I would highly recommend this team!

I purchased a 2006 Pontiac Vibe. My mechanic determined that there were a couple maintenance issues that needed attention and one of the fog lamps was busted. I was able to negotiate a fair price on the car with cash back on my trade-in to fix the Vibe's issues. Overall, I was happy with the purchase, but have had some issues getting my check for the trade-in. I was told at the time of purchase that I'd get the check the following week. When I hadn't received it two weeks after purchase, I contacted my sales rep, Victor Harris. He said that it had been cut that morning. I assumed it was being mailed. When I hadn't received it almost a week later, I called Victor back. He said I was to pick it up, which I found odd since I live about 20 miles from the dealership. I asked if they could mail it and he said he'd check on Monday (today) and would call me. He didn't call, so I called him. He said he was out of town, but had asked someone to follow-up with me. He said he'd call them and would get back to me in 5-10 minutes. He never called back. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called and spoke with Kathy in the title department. She said the check had NOT been cut, but she'd get it taken care of and mailed tomorrow morning. I hope that it does indeed get mailed tomorrow. To be continued....

I went to mcdonald audi at first. That was a joke. Nate made it really easy, and was very inviting for me to come down. He assured me that the work could and would get done... and thats what happened. No matter the fact that my car is an audi, I am now a tynans customer. Thank you for the better experience.

I walked in and asked a salesperson to explain the difference between purchase and lease. This individual took an hour and answered every question I had. There was no pressure to do anything. I left and came back 3 days later and during this time I was not contacted or pressured to do anything. I was really impressed with that. I don't like pressure. I like to make a decision without anybody telling me what I need.
