I wish to express my gratitude and commend your service department for the high quality of service and personal treatment received from your store and especially from service advisor Mr. Bob Kilpatrick.
After picking my car up from the replacement of new glow plugs, the turbo blew-out as I drove off your lot. as frustrated as I was after just spending $550 to have the car be non-drivable, I really began to panic as I tried to determine how I was going to get home to my four kids. Bob calmly took my smoking car back in for a second look and found the issue. He explained the details of what happened and discussed the cost and the parts that would need to be ordered. He then walked me right over to get a rental which enabled me to get home in time.
So I again want to thank you, not just for paying for the rental car that really help my situation, but for running a quality shop that diagnoses and fixes the issues that need fixing. My VW is almost 10 years old and I really appreciate that when I bring it in for an issue, the issue gets resolved and I don't receive a laundry list of additional items that are presented as urgent to fix. I trust the expertise and really appreciate the quality of service at your facility.
It is not often that I am moved to write a letter about the service that I have experienced but in this case it was exceptional. Pease commend Bob Kilpatrick ...you really have a gem of an employee there at Tynan's.
