My visit was a oil change. My express service advisor was Calysta Johnson. She was informative through every step of the process. I was sent a link via text that would have all the details done to my 2021 VW Tiguan. My car was completed completely in a short time while I waited in the clean waiting room. I had a positive experience. My car was also given a car wash that was appreciated.

I had an appointment for a service and oil change. When I showed up the service advisor helping me said he couldn’t find my appt. and I told him I knew I made an appt. Calysta Johnson overheard the situation, asked what I was in for and asked me to come to her desk and she could fit me in as they weren’t that busy that day. If only the first advisor would have said that instead of insisting I had no appt. She made a bad situation to a positive one very simple, nicely and quickly. For such a basic service to have done to my vehicle, as I wait, I was in and out the fastest I had ever been before when taking my Touareg in for a service and/or oil change. Other VW dealerships I would have waited 2-3 hrs. I have been to your dealership before, but dropped my vehicle off for the day to have it serviced. BIG KUDDOS TO CALYSTA JOHNSON!!!
