Brought my vehicle in to receive a diagnostic report for a check engine light. Was promptly scheduled for an appointment after which the vehicle was inspected, recalls were repaired, and cause of the check engine light was identified.

I got an oil change and tire rotation which was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the service department provides the same level of service and is helpful whether I call in with a question or walk into the building for assistance.

Has had my car for over a month, and still no solution! Receptionist is communicating, but I’m definitely getting the run around treatment and overcharged. It’s ridiculous and says a lot about Tynan’s.

Ella was very helpful. My son was driving his ID4 and the tire blew up. I called the dealership and Ella answered the phone and she helped me out right away. I was on my way at no time. I recommend tynan to everybody.
