Sorry, I was less than happy with the level of service. I made it very clear several times that the vehicle and the driver (my daughter) were moving back home for the summer months. We were only passing through Denver. There was a complete lack of urgency to expedite things which caused me to have to rent a vehicle to continue our trip back home (you said your loaners can't go out of state), and then had to buy a flight back to release the car when it was ready...secure and pay for storing the car for the summer. All of this could have been avoided if it was assigned two days earlier. I realize there is a queue but my dealer back home will make exceptions for travelers for obvious reasons. Additionally, I was the one who had to suggest checking other local dealers for the part needed. If this was done sooner the car would have been done in time for me to not have to spend an extra $2k out of pocket.

The service was excellent and fast, the person who attended me was very friendly. Very good service, I highly recommend Tynas to my friends.

Salesman was okay. Sales manager promised that a ding would be removed and service light would be reset before delivery, neither happened. Finance manager was typical of most people in this position. Dishonest on multiple points including prepaying the loan and interest charges. The ID4 is awesome, very happy with the car. Liked the fact that Tynan's was locally owned.

They are very friendly and helpful. Ella was very thorough on explaining what service we needed. She kept us informed of the progress of our order. Very good experience.

It was clear that Ella was receiving guidance from someone else that she should be upselling us. She told us that her records indicated we were due for an oil change when we have an EV. From there, she also said we needed fluids changed and then new tires. It felt like an upsell at every turn without actually looking at our records.

The visit was quick, and Brian was very helpful. The complimentary vehicle wash was such a great touch as well. I consider Tynan's my go to.

The team is professional and helpful. I like receiving the digital assessment however it isn't very clear nor did anyone explain to me caution versus needs addressed immediately. Maybe adding a legend would be helpful.

My service was fast. The communication was good. I am not sure I recd the full benefit of my discount; however, everything else was wonderful!

They were able to get me a shuttle to take me home after dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that time the light was not on. They still went and completed the diagnostic. Hopefully it won't turn on anytime soon!
