My experience was relaxing and easy The service was faster than expected and everyone was friendly

Satisfied with the dealership. Somewhat disappointed that the coupon I received in the mail was not auto applied like it has been in the past. To be fair, I didn't ask for it to be, but it usually is, and was a significant difference in price.

Ella is such an asset to Tynan's. Pleasure to work with and responsive. Customer experience is very important to her. 5 stars. Give her a raise

Rawhide, Matt and Ella were very helpful in getting my car repaired. Technician was awesome.

The technician found the issue immediately after running a pressure check and explained that I needed a new water pump because mine was leaking. Matt, Rashid and Ella were all very helpful which I greatly appreciated.

Everyone I dealt with was polite and cordial, not any disrespect. I am dissatisfied with the fact that I spent around 400 on repairs and had to bring it back two days later when I was told the problem was resolved, and when I brought it back i was asked to pay another $650 in repair cost when it sounded like they weren't sure if that repair would resolve it either.

The physical experience was great. Jokes were made. Great conversation. Little tips on what will change after the purchase. However, after going back to what happened is disturbing. I was told I had a 693 credit score when in fact I do not. The interest rate is 15.99% which is horrific but wasn't also discussed. How would someone with nearly a 700 credit score have such a high rate? Because they don't have that score or there are other factors. He focused on my car payment being low for 75 months which is also insane. I wish he was just honest about my credit report, why the rating and why 75 months. Instead wrapping the xxxxxxxx in a bow.

They were amazing. Only thing is they said they would fix my back dome light settings but they must have forgotten. Other than that 5 out of 5.

Went for a recall that throws an error, and then I got quoted to diagnose the error for $200+. Then they recommended a coolant flush AND a water pump replacement separately, so more double quotes. I decided to only go with the recall and call it a day. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm not stupid

Everything went well and fast. I was only disappointed that I had to spend over $50 in uber because VW wouldn't drive or pick u up over 10 miles which is disappointing knowing that VW is more than able to afford that to customers. Other than that everything went well.

They tried to communicate with me as much as they can The repair was very good.

We had a great experience at Tynan’s VW. Justin was super helpful and worked hard to get us a great deal. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional & answered all of our questions about EVs. The buying process was easy and smooth. The vehicle did have an open recall on it, but they offered to take care of it in house & delivered the vehicle to us once it was done, which was great! Justin even made sure we were taken care of & went above and beyond managing our delivery on his day off. We were very happy with everything & love our new vehicle!
