Wonderful service as usual! When my randomly stopped accelerating and broke down on the opposite side of town, I immediately had it towed directly to Tynan’s VW. I know that I can trust them to accurately diagnose my issue without tacking on unnecessary services or fees. When they sent me my quote for a new fuel pump they even included a video evidence of the need. I appreciate how transparent this dealership is. Car repairs suck but knowing that they are honest, diligent and do the job right makes the expense sting much less. I also really love the way they send quotes and collect initial payments. I left town but could still take care of everything super easily. Lastly, the customer service is always amazing. They go above and beyond in customer service. Rachide is my hero of the year. I can’t express how great he is. He is so enthusiastic and happy to offer a solution to every problem. I will continue bringing my car for regular maintenance and anything else it needs. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

The experience was OK. Initially, they had told me that the oil leak would be covered by my warranty, but it turns out that it was not because it was just a gasket that had failed and that was not covered. So that was a little disappointing. I was also a little bit annoyed that I had to leave my car at the dealership so that it could be 'in line' for the repair even though I had an appointment.

Better than Emich. Smooth process. Process was smooth, communication was plentiful, and they helped lower my payment. Color of new car was picked for me before I got to dealership, which I didn't appreciate at first but it turned out ok.
