We brought our 2012 VW Passat in for its 80,000-mile service. We got there about 8:15 in the morning and the car was ready by 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Ashley had gone over what was going to be done on the car and everything was completed as written up. The car was delivered back to us in clean condition. Looking forward to doing more business with Ashley.

Matt the Service Manager repeatedly lied to me about what they could and would do to solve my problems. They spoke positively about their services but didn’t tell me the negative consequences like the destruction of my only working key. Loved the friendly, courteous and professional attitude of the staff. Service was great and well done

Work done accurate. Time frame given was on target. Issue was with payment. Vw/tynans website was offering the vw card for payment. Neither cashier or Brian was not aware of the card even when you had flyers next to the cashier.

Parts department was informative. Part needed to be Ordered Said I would probably have to leave the car for a day. Ashley confirmed I needed to leave the car for a day. Part could be over 2 weeks

It was great experience with not too long of a wait time. Calysta always shows great customer service!!

I took my VW cross sport back in for hte 2nd time in 4 weeks because hte same problem/issues occured and was told it would take 3-4 days again to dignose hte issues and get-R-fixed. $ weeks abou you kept th evehicle for 8 days because of the sortage of mechanics.. but it was fixed and less then 50 miles I had the same issues an the blame was a new modgel that was put is was faulty, so lost my vehicle for 4 more days. Car returned with scratched hood. Someone "wrote on hood with finger". Cars sat for a week because "Tech was out in training". Car dropped off on 6/9, sat idle from 6/11 - 6/19, car finished 6/27. Front of house Rachide and Ashley were great though.

I was able to bring my car in before my scheduled appointment, and they started working on it right away! Upon checking out, I learned that they went above and beyond, even washing my car, and vacuuming and rinsing off my floor mats! Top tier customer service!

I brought my Volkswagen Atlas to this dealership because I needed to find out whether it came with a factory-installed towing package. The trailer company I worked with told me there was no power going to the tow hitch wiring. Experience of 30,000 mile check-up, including oil change, couldn’t have gone smoother. The customer service rep. for Express Service did a great job from the time I walked in for my appointment until she walked me out to my finished, just washed Taos.

The quoted price for parts and labor was a maximum of $680. After dropping off the car, I was informed that the gasket was out of stock. Since I already had a gasket and a filter, I suggested the mechanic use my parts. The job was completed using my filter and gasket, and the final bill came to $630. Interestingly, the cost of the two parts I provided is significantly higher than the discount I received. This experience makes me consider bringing my car back here for future service. I did not expect it from a reputable Volkswagen dealer.

I'm brand new to Volkswagen and I took my Taos in for its first oil change. The entire staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. My service was performed quickly...I was out and back on the road in about an hour!

Tynan’s has to be the most friendly dealership I have ever been in but more importantly, they have never failed to meet my needs in the family atmosphere they have created!!

Even though i dropped it off last Thursday night, it took until Saturday midday to even know what it needed. After confusion with the service texts and online updates suggesting only needed fuel and oil additives but ended up more than that and more expensive than that. I had to get rides to and from work that Monday. Kinda frustrating.

Ashley was very helpful and professional. Tynan’s was able to do all maintenance and warranty work.

well I would give it a 5 rating if I was sure the 'lifetime warranty and lifetime free maintenance' is actually true and that I can come back and refinance in 8 months for a 9% rate instead of an 18% rate. I still am not entirely confident these things are true ??
