Tynan Nissan and Volkswagen has been an outstanding dealership with incredible service for many years. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder for my son to take to college in 2006. I have purchased two Volkswagen Atlas, 2018 and again in 2024. To say the least, I have been totally satisfied !

You know I like taking my car here I had a rear main oil seal that took a crap on me and my extended warranty had covered it but they also had made sure that I was able to get a loaner so I could get back and forth to work and run my errands they are fantastic they've always been good to me

Salesman was okay. Sales manager promised that a ding would be removed and service light would be reset before delivery, neither happened. Finance manager was typical of most people in this position. Dishonest on multiple points including prepaying the loan and interest charges. The ID4 is awesome, very happy with the car. Liked the fact that Tynan's was locally owned.

It was clear that Ella was receiving guidance from someone else that she should be upselling us. She told us that her records indicated we were due for an oil change when we have an EV. From there, she also said we needed fluids changed and then new tires. It felt like an upsell at every turn without actually looking at our records.

The visit was quick, and Brian was very helpful. The complimentary vehicle wash was such a great touch as well. I consider Tynan's my go to.
The team is professional and helpful. I like receiving the digital assessment however it isn't very clear nor did anyone explain to me caution versus needs addressed immediately. Maybe adding a legend would be helpful.

They were able to get me a shuttle to take me home after dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that time the light was not on. They still went and completed the diagnostic. Hopefully it won't turn on anytime soon!

My experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. The issue wasn't just the repair itself—it was the way I was treated throughout the process. Communication was poor, phone calls were not returned, and I felt as though my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of being treated as a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience. The staff lacked professionalism, provided inconsistent information, and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. I asked some silly questions (didn’t know what drum breaks were and that they last basically forever), didn’t talk down to me for not knowing. Maintenance visit was a pretty quick in and out, would recommend! Chatted with Omar while I waited and he humored my musings about missing the Golf R coming in a manual transmission.

Greg, sales manager? called me about trading in my Atlas on a new one. At first I told him that I wasn't interested. Then after a little talking, he said he would send me some pricing, because I was getting interested in a new Atlas with a few more bells & whistles. Unfortunately he never called me back. And as I stated I was interested in getting into another Atlas with A/C seats.
They were easy to deal to work with. They were friendly and helpful. Idk man.
They didn't fix my problem twice and refused to offer solutions or explanation I had to go to another store to get this resolved

This was my first time getting my Volkswagen serviced since I bought it in January. I'm glad I chose Tynan's! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was shocked when I received a video from the technician showing me what was wrong with my vehicle. I have never had that before. Repair was swift and pricing is.....fair. Oil change is a bit much, but I will be a repeat customer for all my service and maintenance needs!

Tech lied about doing a rotation for the second time. Probably lied about air filter needing to be replaced as well. But your warranty says all work must be done at tynans so I am forced to replace everything suggested.

4/9/26 to 4/13/2026 They keep my car for 3 working days and forgot to fix it and fixed it later coming week and I dropped my car for the 4th or 5th time for the same issue. I feel like Im coming back the issue was some call function error it keeps coming back again the light is already gone yesterday after they fixed it 4 days ago but the error did not show up on my dashboard I bought a brand new car december 2024 and this is the fifth ot fourth time with the same issue. Totally disappointed and frustrated.

I went in for oil change, they did a maintenance. THEY EMPTIED MY COOLANT, then didn't fill it, ending my car engine over heating, completely could've ruined my brand new car! Didn't fill any fluids, idek if they actually did an oil change for how short of a time I was there for! I will not be choosing Tynan's for my vehicle to be serviced any more
