Did not correctly notate the issues I was having with my A/C. This is the THIRD time of me leaving my car with the issue not being fixed or addressed. It's the middle of August I did not need the heat to be fixed I needed the cold air to work.

The first person I spoke with was rude and uninterested in my concerns. When I dropped my car off, the lady was nice The car was returned because they failed to bolt down my steering column, leaving me in a perilous situation. Even now, my car still doesn’t run correctly and continues to make a lot of noise. I am deeply disappointed and unhappy with the situation. The purpose of bringing it to the dealership is to ensure that it is done correctly.

Tynan's has been servicing my car since purchasing it from them. The reason is trust and quality of service. My Tiguan runs as good today as the day I bought it.
I dropped off my car and it was there for 3 weeks to run diagnostics and sometimes it's was 2-3 days between hearing any updates. When I finally got my car back I was told nothing was wrong with it. I paid $177 and my car was in the shop for 3 weeks to tell me nothing was wrong with it. I feel that was too long to have my car for there to be nothing wrong with my car.

My visit was a oil change. My express service advisor was Calysta Johnson. She was informative through every step of the process. I was sent a link via text that would have all the details done to my 2021 VW Tiguan. My car was completed completely in a short time while I waited in the clean waiting room. I had a positive experience. My car was also given a car wash that was appreciated.

Wonderful service as usual! When my randomly stopped accelerating and broke down on the opposite side of town, I immediately had it towed directly to Tynan’s VW. I know that I can trust them to accurately diagnose my issue without tacking on unnecessary services or fees. When they sent me my quote for a new fuel pump they even included a video evidence of the need. I appreciate how transparent this dealership is. Car repairs suck but knowing that they are honest, diligent and do the job right makes the expense sting much less.

The experience was OK. Initially, they had told me that the oil leak would be covered by my warranty, but it turns out that it was not because it was just a gasket that had failed and that was not covered. So that was a little disappointing. I was also a little bit annoyed that I had to leave my car at the dealership so that it could be 'in line' for the repair even though I had an appointment.
